Cyril Deaconoff is a composer of concert, electronic and film/media music. His works have been performed throughout

the United States and Europe and published by E. C. Schirmer in Boston.

Cyril Deaconoff is working with leading media composers, sound engineers and sound designers at the San Francisco Conservatory as part of the Professional Studies Diploma in the Technology and Applied Composition Program. Concert Music

Stylistically Cyril's music covers a wide range: from very accessible to forward looking electroacoustic compositions and avant-garde works. In 2012 and 2015 Cyril attended Academie at IRCAM in Paris which had a far reaching affect on his work as a composer and conductor. The Last Tycoon

Opera The Last Tycoon, music by Cyril Deaconoff and libretto adapted by David Yezzi,is based on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s unfinished novel of the same name.
